To enter the awards simply complete the online entry form for each product or marketing category you wish to enter. Once completed, you must then send us your product for judging. Closing date for entries: 31st May 2018.
Send Your Products for Judging
Products or marketing samples should arrive by post or courier or can be delivered in person to the judging venue, Warwick Racecourse, on Tuesday 26th June. Attach a copy of the label provided to identify the company, product & category being entered. This is for identification purposes only and will be removed before judging. If you are entering larger items which you need to assemble yourself, please bring them to the venue on Tuesday 26th June.

Award winners will be announced at the GIMA Dinner on the 12th July, make sure you’re there to hear the news on the night. Book your place at the GIMA Dinner without delay!

The GIMA Awards recognise excellence in new products, marketing and export success.
Entries for the 2018 awards must relate to products and marketing activities available to all retailers launched during the current season from June 2017 – May 2018 inclusive.
Private label product is not eligible for entry.
Products may only be entered into a maximum of 2 product categories.
The organisers reserve the right to suggest alternative categories for your entry if it is felt to have been entered incorrectly
